- Endeavouring to respond to emails the same day;
- Always being available and having time to discuss your requirements;
- Drawing up bespoke seating / site plans for no extra charge;
- Asking for the final payment after the event, thereby allowing customers to change their minds on things right up to the day;
- Having a big enough team so Harry can always deal with enquiries and be on site personally.
